Mental Harassment & Torture by Airtel Customer Care

This is in reference to airtel mobile no. 98974640XX. I lost my phone on thursday evening and requested airtel customer care around 8:30PM to block the number. On friday morning i requested airtel customer care again and requested to block the number again. Then i visited the airtel office and submitted the required documents and collected the duplicate sim. From this moment my ordeal started. I have called airtel customer care innumerable times and visited airtel office everyday but despite being informed that the sim will be activated within one day the sim has not been activated till date. Also the customer care officials are of no help. They always ask my details again and again but are unable to solve my problem or provide a concrete response. I want to impress upon the fact that i am without phone for last 5 days and airtel has not helped me in any manner but i am forced to waste my time in visiting airtel office and calling customer care. I have been without a phone for the past 5 days resulting in missing all official and personal calls and also the behavior and attitude of the AIRTEL helpline employees is disturbing. They do not help but also misbehave with girls.

I want AIRTEL to immediately start my number firstly and secondly I would like the AIRTEL team to atleast apologise on the behavior and also stop making a fool out of the consumers. This is completely playing with the loyalty and emotions of the consumers in turn inflicting monetary as well as mental torture
