Vodafone – 3G internet speed issue unresolved

Hi , I have been using Vodafone post paid services since 7 months .for last 45 days i been facing an 3G internet speed issue.I raised many complaints regarding this but they keep on closing my complaint without resolving the issue. before two weeks i asked them what is the issue they said that i am living in high utilization area so that is the reason i am not getting full speed. This is not my problem if this is the problem of high utilization then company should increase band width or necessary steps. I am paying full amount for half services.

I want to some relaxation from my BILL.
