Vodafone 3G Service Issues Not Resolved

Every bill they have shown the total details and discount amount also shown separately, now i have registered the complaint then they told me that “your usage are different i.e. 662330 KB”. They didn’t shown total details and minus discount amount in bill? Its means they are only keeping the reason in front of me and close the issue. Its totally mislead of customer. When i was registered my complaint at Sion Store that time branch manager ( sion vodafone store branch head) also agreed that its a mistake by vodafone. And also agreed that “your wrong amount will be credited in your account. Also i am trying to close my 3g plan from april’14 but Vodafone customer care service unable to do that. Everytime gave me differnt differnt reason. Also i have received sms on 9/6/14 as follows. “Your request for deactivation of MI100 has been registered.The same will be deactivated in next 2 hours”. But i was saw my bill on 7/7/14, that time i was shocked. In bill 440mb used and they have charged totally usage. Also charged MI100. And now also shocked about Vodafone mail. My total usage, which was not shown in bill as well as in my online account, but shown in Vodafone mail i.e. 662330 KB. Its totally mislead to customer. Pl find attached herewith vodafone bill copy for your ready reference. Also attached two days screen shot, which is show that, “how to increase the bill by Vodafone day by day?” (screen shot unable to attach)
