How Vodafone Activated 3G Internet without consent

I am a subscriber of vodafone postpaid mobile SIM connection. i had subscribed to monthly internet 2G unlimited package for Rs199, they on their own activated 3G package which I came to know wheh my bill came in Sep 14. I have complained on phone 198, email at vodafonecare.kar@vodafone.com, and their service center starting from 16 sep 14. my complaint id is 1703223356, and if i don’t pay the bill they will cut my connection. earlier my monthly bill used to be app Rs450 now it is rs 1453?, they r just beating about the bush and redressing my complaint.

I want them to charge me only for the service which i had asked for and given my consent to, and not to charge me for the 3G package services which they activated on their own. plus the fine of rs1000, for all the etra time and money and mental harassment i have faced.
