I am using the Vodafone service last one year. My Vodafone no. is 0828568492X and I face the problem to add the wrong charge in my bill that generate on 11.07.13. Vodafone add the charge of 119310kb that I used on 3.07.13 according to Vodafone But I used the data pack of 25Rs that provide 500mb data and for 7days. This pack activated 00hr on 27.07.13 and deactivate on 03.07.13 time 24hr according to me and I used only 306.82mb data within this period. But Vodafone nodal officer said on which date you send sms to active your service that date also include on that pack period no matter when is activated and no matter on that date it is available for your use. I also mention that there customer care executive also mention that your pack period is 27.07.13 to 03.07.13 I am always talk to customer care executive before pack activation and after activation for conformed our pack activation and period of pack they said 27.07.13 to 03.07.13. I want also mention that I used 4 data pack. 1. 25 Rs period 12.06.13 to 18.06.13 data used 72.39mb. 2. 25 Rs period 27.06.13 to 03.07.13 data used306.82mb. 3. 50 Rs period 05.07.13 to 10.07.13 data used272.64mb 4. 125 Rs. period 10.07.13 to 10.07.13 I am used total 651.85mb data. I am send mail to Vodafone nodal officer, Vodafone care etc. and also talk to different-2 person of Vodafone But I did not get well response some one said this is our mistake and your problem will be solved within 72 hour and some tell this is right bill. I also try to registered my complaint on 198 but they refuse to registered my complaint I am not understand 198 service is for customer help or cellular company help. My contact no is 08010639390
