vodafone is charging me for a service in advance which i have opted 3 months ago. in my current bill they have charged for current month and also for upcoming month in advance.and they are also not activaing complete services of my choosen plan for which they are charging me extra month over month. and th process of getting in touch vodafone people is too long.
RS 75 charged in advance around Rs 2000 charged due to non activation of complete service which has to be activated by default.
want all my money back which vodafone has charged me extra and want that they should pay fine for inconvenience and wasting my time.
