Respected sir, I am Vodafone user 17/5/15 time 1:10pm i recharge my 903460xxx no.rupees 29 with coupon for internet pack my recharge was successful but benefit are not received me. Vodafone t&c the internet pack activate with in half hour. according this matter i talk costumer care many time but no solution every time costumer care service provider said that we are checked your no. Your benefit received shortly. After long time my complain register its number 2563051952 is registered on 18-May-15 09:24 a.m solve with in 19-May-15 09:21 a.m. after that my problem is not solve no any call or massage receive me at present time by the Vodafone care. I can’t explain hows important for me internet that time but not solve my problem. According this matter i contact with costumer care minimum 12 time my time waste or problem not solve. Please solve my problem. i hope sir you solve this problem next time any other costumer not same problem. Thank you sir.
