As per Vodafone Bill/CCare, on 21/12/13 – 22:13:53 shotformat_ dwnlp_9 @ Rs. 99/- was downloaded from my android mobile which is completely fake because I can clearly remember that particular time when I was sleeping at side upper berth of a train from Nainital to Howrah. I like to get back the money Rs.99 because Vodafone did not serve any service for that money. My alternative Vodafone No. is 8972060933

Hopefully Vodafone Customer Care attends to this problem ASAP.
