Today i am call on 198 number for Bill process and want to know my complaint id . Firstly pick reply by DIPTI , She is not provide me proper reply so transfer call to his senior person , name is Ranjeet . He is not concern me regarding my problem. I am verifying complete details of mobile number. at the end he said i am not able to resolve your problem call us again. So at the end If i am call on 198 number for service and they are not able to provide us proper service,so what is the use of 198 service. Just close it. and I WILL NOT PAY ANY SINGLE RS. OF MY VODAFONE NUMBER IF I AM NOT RECEIVE ANY APOLOGY MAIL FROM VODAFONE AND VODAFONE IS NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

Hi, For the last few month, 3g package is enabled on my phone for which the amount was auto deducted. But this month double the money got deducted. Request you to look in to this Regards, Nagarjuna Reddy
