My name is Bhanu Kiran, I have a Vodafone Postpaid connection 9884994195 and my plan is “VG_MV_KN_Flat Plan_IBM 299” from past two years I am using the same number for personal and official purposes. I have few concerns in May 2013 bill. Hence I called CC and dropped an email to corpcare.chennai@vodafone.com. But I didn’t get proper response from them. I escalated to next level, even then I have not received proper explanation for my concerns. So finally I decided to close my connection, called CC and asked to close my connection. As per CC, for connection termination it would be a 7 days process and they will take proper confirmation and reason for closure. But my connection was deactivated within 24 hours. Due to immediate termination I have lost lot of important business calls. And I have got big escalation on me
1. Why My Mobile connection got terminated within 24 hours without proper intimation ? Docket :1539604586 Please Verify the voice Conversation for the request and answer from CC. Why it was terminated within 24 hours even if I have Rs.2000/- Dynamic Credit limit. 2. Why Vodafone live was activated on my mobile without notice. And Charged only on May month bill ? Since I have requested to deactivate the Service while I activated the number, I wouldn’t expect it on my mobile without my Notice. 3. Why my Dockets (1539604586 and 153740897) were closed with-out proper reason ? Vodafone Network was not there in IBM work Location ? is that the valid Reason for not able to reach me on my phone ? 4. May month bill Rs: 213.90/- was charged towards Vodafone live for 21390 KB usage. But in the month of June I have used 2380 KB but nothing was charged ? Why ? 5. I have got charged for Rs: 644.69/- towards roaming in June 2013. As per my plane roaming is free. why it was charged only in the month of June ?
Please Re-validate my Bills and give me the proper explanation for the above concerns ASAP. So that would be making the payment .
