I have deposited my flat installment of Rs. 3,90,711 on 08/07/2013 through RTGS in respect of flat no. 704, tower 4, which was due on 09/07/2013. I have not received my payment receipt till date despite calling several times at their office phone with request to send the same at my office address. Every time they make false commitments but did not send the receipt till date. each and every time they waste customer’s precious time for reminding the same thing again and again

I have taken a housing loan and after disbursement of every installment I have to deposit original payment receipt at bank. If i do not submit the same in the bank at time , they can charge penalty interest also.

immediate send the payment receipt without any further reminders and in future also, do not trouble the customer for the small issues like this.
