I ordered a shirt worth Rs1294 (Rs 1000 after discount),however on delivery i find it to be completely different.I ordered another shirt priced Rs1291 and requested them to return back the first shirt.But the service provider disagreed to deliver me my new shirt on the difference amount,however he took back my first shirt telling tomorrow morning he will be delivering my new order after the amount get added to my account.I recieved an email on that day telling the shirt will be delivered tomorrow.I waited for the whole day but myntra didn’t approached me.When I wrote an email enquiring my delivery i got a response to again place an order as my previous order is being cancelled as they couldn’t reach me. They cancelled my order by themselves as the price of the shirt got increased within those three days. I kindly request honorable court to look seriously into matter seeking myntra to place my order asap with a fine of Rs1200 as a penalty, as i kept waiting for the whole day but they didn’t placed my order (I have to leave my office on the day damaging Rs 1200).

I have to leave my office on the day keep waiting for my order damaging Rs 1200.

Rs 1200(for loss of my day)+Shirt should should be delivered asap.
