All the customer care numbers (198, 111, 9830098300)are blocked for long time. I requested to customer care from other vodafone number several times from mobile and from their web service “Live chat” ( request nos, 1485098020 and 1485491706). They assured me to resume these services within 2 hours. But those were not resumed. Even after collecting the nodal and appellate officer’s number I tried to call them in working days. Several times I called them atleast 5 times but no one received the phone. Till now those numbers are blocked. Dialing everytime IVR ‘Vodafone best deals’ sounds.

Customer Care numbers must be opened as early as possible.
