Vodafone – broadband data card not working company not responding

Sir . I had bought a new vodafone data card before 3 months 20 days with a new vodafone postpaid sim . It worked fine 2 days but from third days it stop working(data card) then i had replaced it from where i was buy it they replaced and said your new data card will come withing 15 days maximum 21 days . But it never happened . I had visited many times but they always say what can we do .they said company are not dispatching replacement dongle .they said go to other vodafone store if u want Ur dongle but in other store also same problem .company dispatch new data card but why not replacement data card .its about 3.5 months .i did not get my data card yet . I have lost my useful time as well as internet benefit, i had spend lot of money in fare also . Please do something immediately .they behave very rudely when i say i ll do complaint against you all. i want my data card with all my loss like fare , time etc.
