I booked a ticket 4 journey betn Mumbai and Chennai.The juourney was 2 happen on 21.11.13.The flight no was IX602 and PNR No is EJNOX7 and the flight was 2 b operated by Air India Express.On 19.11.13I was to fly betn. mumbai and chennai and catch the flight at Sahar International Airport,Andheri,Mumbai.There was traffic jam around Sahar International Airport, Andheri,Mumbai. I couldn’t reach b4 the closure of chech in time and missed the flight.As I couldn’t go 2 Chennai I opted 2 cancell the return flight journey. I talked 2 the gogibibo person one Mr.Rajiv. Iwas told that cancellation will cost Rs.1000 and the rest of the money will b credited 2 my bank a/c within 7 working days. Till now they’ve not settled the dues. In this regard I spent further on telephonic conversation also sent several mails. Earlier they told they r corresponding with the airlines and the dues will b paid. Few days back I was told that there r no dues 2 b paid. The frivolous reason told was they tried 2 contact me on my mobile after my cancellation request and I didn’t respond. But i didn’t receive any call or SMS or mail in this regard though there was enough scope and time 4 that.
I must b paid my dues as promised also the cost I incurred on claiming. They should also say sorry.
