Vodafone Call Drops & Billing Issues

Vodafone Network issues & call drops: I have been facing the issue of multiple call drops since February 2015 on my number 982XXX3038. Even after complaining to Vodafone through their customer care, twitter channel and visiting the Vashi Vodafone store about network multiple times, they always responded by saying that they are working on the issue and will soon resolve the same. 2. Increased billing: Call drops resulted in increased billing on my number. I requested to waive off a reasonable amount from the outstanding bill so as to compensate for the same, but from all channels, I received the reply that they didn’t have any such policy and that I will have to pay full outstanding amount. I haven’t paid the outstanding bill and due to this, I have been barred from making outgoing calls since June 21 2015. DND: My number is registered in the DND listing but in spite of that I keep receiving SMSs from telemarketers.

Raising this issue to Ms. Mridula Choudhary, I get a reply that the SMSs received are allowed as per TRAI guidelines and that they can’t do anything about it. 4. Staff behaviour: Vashi Vodafone Store Manager Ms. Mridula Choudhary, with whom I interacted on June 18 2015 by visiting the store didn’t cooperate and helped me resolve the issue, taking an excuse of standard process.

Mental harassment, due to reminder calls about outstanding bills and network issue explanation and rude behaviour by untrained executives at Vodafone customer care and by Ms. Mridula Choudhary, Store Manager, Vashi Vodafone Store. 2. Rs. 500 additional billing due to call drops, over the period of 5 months.
