: I always recharge my Vodafone prepaid number with the 2G plans that you provide. I reside at Dakshindari Road, Kolkata. I have full tower on my phone and I am able to make calls also but am not able to access the 2G services provided by you since last two days. On contacting the customer care number they rudely replied its because I am again and again recharging my number with the 2G plan. If it is so then why do you people provide such plans. Kindly look into the matter and provide a solution ASAP because the 2G services is important for my business dealings.
