Around 7-8 months back I applied to PORT my number [Vodafone number 9819562744] to different service provider, because of poor customer service provided by Vodafone India. But I got a call from Vodafone retention department and they convinced me by providing a good plan and also person committed to provide better customer service in future. After two months, I realized that Vodafone India is committed to the plan they convinced me. So I raised a query with customer care. Since then I have written N number of mails and also called up many times. I followed the procedure and wrote to their Nodal Officer and then to Appealing Authority. One of the complaint number made by me is- [REF:187776515450] After approaching many times, I was getting a call; person who was calling was listening my issue and was saying that we will get back to you soon, but never came back. I was totally disappointed by the poor customer service provided by Vodafone India, because I was getting charged extra. [They were charging call rates more than they had committed] So I requested them to clear my issue or I won?t be able to pay my due. I also visited Vodafone gallery in hope that they will resolve my issue, But instead they disconnected my service. Note:- Since April 2013, I am following up with Vodafone Customer care, Nodal officer, Appealing Authority. I have also written to ap@trai.com and to Telecommunication department. Now they are saying, that they have not given any commitment for reduced call rate. I asked on 17th October that why not you informed me 7-8 months back when I raised question first time. As usual, they have ignored and didn?t reply. I have communicated with them using via various medium. Email, Phone [198], Facebook, Twitter but all of them are just ignoring. Now my Mobile service is discontinued and they are sending notice from his lawyer.
I want money charged extra with interest and a compensate amount of rupees 1,00,000 because they discontinued my service without replying to my query and they harassed me since April 2013 by ignoring my service, and for Providing very poor service to consumer. I am attaching letter sent to Appealing Authority in June 2013, but still they didn’t bothered to reply.
