Vodafone charged 99 rs in btw 20 to 22 jan, for this service which I hadn’t used. service name ‘DNLD-D2C_SALPARNI_ LOOKATIT_PPU_ 99-SALPARNI‘. and they said that you used chargeable content. and i didn’t download anything and when i google is i found that vodafone cheated consumer not only me but lots of consumer and with same service in between 19 jan to 23 jan. so how can this is possible all consumer across india are using same services which they haven’t used. When i checked with CC, he is not ready for registering my complaint, chat is mentioned below. My number 89283XX500 and want refund amount of 99 rs from vodafone. My request for consumer forum, please stop this cheating from vodafone.

I want refund of 99 rs on my number 8928328500, and request to look into this. vodafone is cheating every consumer with this, a simple google on this ‘DNLD-D2C_SALPARNI_LOOKATIT_PPU_99-SALPARNI‘ can explain lots of consumer are getting affected.
