An Internet plan of 1GB 3G data MRP Rs. 250 was sold to me in October at discounted price of Rs. 125 under an scheme provided on my number. At that time, I was told that when scheme will be discontinued, you will be informed and at that time you can decide whether to continue with the plan or not. However the plan was discontinued in the month of December without any intimation to me and full amount Rs. 250+service tax has been charged for the month of December and January. I tried to call twice to customer care last week, they close my call in mid of discussion. I also wrote an mail to them to solve my problem and have a call with me but neither they call nor the reply was satisfactory.

1. Waiver of the excess money charged in my bill for two months i.e. Rs. 250+service tax 2. Last date of payment of bill is 15th Jan 2014. I have not deposited the bill yet. the waiver of late payment service charges imposed if any, on account of delay in settlement 3. Continuation of my phone services till the matter is resolved without any disruptions
