Major Areas of Fault:- 1.Poor Network Connectivity against promise of a 3G network 2.Poor complaint handling 3.Service centre staff not cooperating, not only failed to resolve the issue but didn’t responded when called when asked then got a rude reply 4.Software up gradation procedure during high usage time. 5.Customer care representative have little knowledge which resulted in delay in problem resolving. 6. False information being provided at time of waivers and extra charges got added in the bill because of their communication gap 7.No help being received even after calling them 4-5 times in a day 8. Difference in customer support quality at time of sale and post purchase.
