I got a policy of insurance from icici Lombard on 18 Dec, I met with an accident on 23 Dec. I called up the insurance company which after a number of phone call They received my call. The surveyor also reached the royal Enfield agency after 2 days of continuous request. They delayed my claim and plus asked to get my old insurance copy which had no relevance. I got my old copy of insurance from United India insurance which they had given. They still were not satisfied and told to get the original copy, it was not possible to get the original copy from Karnal haryana as I am living in Pune. Every other day they cMe up with a new problem. Due to all these delays and problems I had to cancel my insurance, because I was on leave and had to get my bike repaired at the earliest. The old policy is enclosed.

I want them to improve the standard of services and provide me with some compensation due to which I had suffered such a big loss.
