Micromax – poor services for repair and replacement

the rigid timings of the said Service Centre i.e from 9: am to 6: p.m and Saturday only upto 2:p.m. I had issues regarding my charger in the month of Sept when they dint took my case because due my office i could not reach before 6pm. On sturday 11/01/2014 I went their for my headphone issue even then they dint entertain me stating the timing is over. they plase itself is far from my location but this is the nearest macromax galary but my timings would never match with so i have not option but to file this complaint

my headphone should be replaced as per guarantee provided to me while purchasing the Micromax A74 handset on 14th September, 2013 and the warranted for assessors will expire on 13/03/2014. further the timings of the service centres should be flexible enough for the consumers to avail their services.
