I am having Vodafone sim number 905XX01451. on dated 21st january 2015, i had tried to activate power pack named BC-13 by my mobile for 4-5 times by dialing USSD code for above mention power pack. i did not get acknowledgement for that. But then after contacting CCR only that power pack got activate but i found later that double amount had been deducted. so i called back CCR repeatedly and told him to resolve this issue, but he rejected to do so. mean while for every minute of conversation held over phone i have to pay some amount of ruppee and finally i found that my balance got negative viz Rs-4.14

Please do helpful in refunding the said amount.
