CUG is supposed to be free and still Vodafone have charged me for most CUG calls to the number – 9899119882? Later on they refunded the amount charged towards wrongly billed CUG minutes. But these guys are NOT committing that going forward I will not face such issues. I want this confirmation over the email that CUG issues will not happen in future and going forward in all future billing cycles – All Vodafone corporate numbers of my organisation (Ameriprise-India, Sector-18, Gurgaon) shall be free per CUG policy.
