I have checked my special offer using vodafone flash service by dialing service command *121# on 31/12/2013 & found a GPRS data plan available for my mobile number for Rs. 125 which gives me 1 GB data for 30 days. By relying on the same I activated the said plan by dialing *444*125# & the telecom company deducted Rs. 125 from my main balance & the data plan was activated on my Mobile no. 8674959777 but on checking the data balance on my mobile no it was found that only 525 MB data were provided to my mobile number. Customer care executives are saying that there was no such plan for my no on that day & the telecom company gave me the data balance according to their data plan. please help.

The company should give me the balance GPRS data.
