I hold a vodafone mobile no 9962XX8995 in the name of my sister Ms.M.Gayathri and we have another 5 connections with the CUG tag.We have been using these numbers for the past five years. After a long stint I happened to face a critical problem which is very sensitive in terms of the service provided.I had been using the the data plan of 2G for the rental of Rs.155+tax for quite some months.
I received a call from your concern staff on 2nd week of December stating that there is an offer for the 3G data plan with Rs125+tax as rental for two months and after two months the offer gets void and the rental applicable is Rs.255+tax.I accepted and asked to initiate. All of a sudden i happened to notice that my bill exceeded the credit limit and when I checked last week , the data plan is charged post 1 gb of usage. I reiterate I have not been communicated of the charges post 1GB and then checked with the customer care , they reverted that there has been a caution alert message sent to me on the date of exceeded the limit.I accept that i had received the message but not necessary that I have to go through all the messages I receive since there were lot advertisement messages I receive. I had made a complain no 1746602422 regarding the issue which has been denied stating that the issue is not from your end.Then why I had received a call for the offer where i was comfortable with 2G with the restricted usage.Your concern staff has not communicated on the restricted usage and the charges post consumption of the 1GB
The charges need to be reversed and if necessary ready to pay the add on pack cost rs 250 for the exceeded usage.
