I used to travel to Hyderabad from coimbatore frequently and activated Rs.201 RTP-FR plan which gives free incoming while roaming. Now I am having problems with local benefits. Example I already had a VAS which gives 30pisa/STDcall when I am in coimbatore. But now its not working anymore. When contacted the vodafone customer care, they are saying if we activate 201 all local benifits will not apply. When I asked to deactivate it, they are saying that cannot be deactivated and they do not have feature to deactivate that in their server.

Deactivate the 201 plan right now and activate local plans what I had earlier by contacting me. Vodafone has to credit my money back as if the local plans are applicable from the next day of my complaint registered. How could they say that there is no option to deactivate when they have activate. Explain me what steps they took to resolve the complaint what I raised a month back
