I register for MNP of my no. +91-9897982XXX on dated 10 Jan,2014 at Vodafone Head Office Moradabad, by submitting a photo copy of my Aadhaar Card and a photograph with a Porting No. They verify my ID and issue me a sim and told me it will activate within 10days. but when upto 21 jan it can’t activate i send a mail to customer care, On next day that I got a call, They asked me to whom you give your Id, I told them I give it to that particular person(Named Ms. Neha). then they mailed me that your no will be activated /ported is in process. But again 1 week passed on 27 Jan,2014 at 9 Pm, My No is Dead and I put Vodafone Porting Sim in My Phone. It Show Sim Card Rejected. I again Mail to Customer care on 28 jan, but My no is not activated. and i also try contact no on website neither any contact gets connected. Now 18 Days are passed.

Take an action against them and activate my no.
