I wanted to port my mobile no.9582872xxx but vodafone person called me and told some postpaid scheme and asked me to convert my no. from prepaid to postpaid. one person from vodafone came to my room and I gave all information and an amount of Rs. 200/-, required for postpaid connection . he promised me that my number will be activated within 2 days but all was negative. I complained many times and they gave me one complain no.2425354412 on 20 jan 2014. they told me that my problem will be solved till 27 jan 2014 but today, 28 jan 2014, I called again but the executive was saying that I gave wrong information. I gave the documents which the person from vodafone asked. No action they did. I request you, please, take appropriate and immediate action on vodafone.
