Yebhi – completely different product received not accepting the company

Placed an order through www.yebhi.com for a grey colour blazer with silver grey pocket on 05/01/2014. I placed the order after going through the 30 days return policy mentioned http://www.yebhi.com/CustomerService.aspx Also there was mentioned brand will be delivered within 10 days. My courier was dispatched 15 days after i paced the order, that i came to know through SMS. I was delivered courier on 25/01/2014.When opened i found it completely different and substandard than what i have ordered for. I at once called yebhi customercare. They asked me to place an e-mail on complaints@yebhi.com. I did placed an email on the next day with all the pictures and website images. Yebhi.com answered manually after three days. They say its because of colour contrast on the laptop screen and photographic effect due to which product is looking completely different. The brand that i offered for and the brand that i got is completely different secondly they don’t want to take back the product.

A complete refund of 1841.25 Rs against what i have paid. Rupees 10000 for delaying the product and humiliating in front of friends for the substandard and completely different product dispatched. Total Amt: 11841.25 Rs
