On 25th Jan I have noticed that I have been overcharged for my calls. Actual billing amount should be Rs 4 but Rs 9.5 deducted from my balance. On calling to Customer Care they refunded Rs 5 but that was not the correct amount. There was over billing on the other calls i made that day but the amount is not yet refunded. Again on 27th Jan they deducted Rs 90 and on complaints refunded Rs 45 which is again less then what is expected. Currently I am being charged thrice the amount i am suppose to pay and on complain they refund only half of the amount.
Considering Airtel as 269 million customers and if they do a billing error of Rs 10 it accounts to billion.
I want Airtel to provide all the call details & Recharges i made for my prepaid mobile number to verify the money charged to me.
