Dear Madam/Sir, I own Vodafone postpaid mobile No: 8879005xxx for more than 2 years. Now i moved to Vadodara, Gujarat from Mumbai and wanted to convert my postpaid mobile connection to prepaid connection. I had given request & all the required documents with photograph on August 1st week 2014 at Vodafone mini store, Koperkhairne, Navi mumbai. I have visited two times from vadodara to mumbai and made request for postpaid to prepaid conversion as soon as possible and also called up customer care for three to four times but they don’t convert my postpaid connection to prepaid one. They provided one prepaid sim: 89912-00010-76378-555-6-HLR3 is still not activated. Very embarrassing. Request you to Please take necessary steps for the same.
