On 6th Oct’14, I activated Airtel WhatsApp pack of Rs. 43/- on my personal mobile # 9958324xxx but whenever I use WhatsApp for sending text, Airtel is charging money and the same is being deducting from my main balance. When I spoke to Customer Care of Airtel, they gave me excuse that I am using Internet without telling the sites which I have visited. However, I am not using internet on my said mobile number and when I have only WhatsApp pack, how Airtel can give me Internet facility. Further, Airtel Representative said you can file a complaint to Consumer court but your deducted balance shall not be returned.

I want a heavy penalty to such Authorities, which do not respect their customers and consumers.
