My account balance is continuously deducting by reliance on the name of VAS Activation or for any other reasons. I have complained many times to the customer care and one time to consumer court also. After complain to consumer court i got my refund but after sometime passes they again start to deduct the balance.

i want to refund my all deducted balances till the date and never deduct my balance again for any without reason
