MTS – Unfair trade practice less 3G Speed

Dear Sir/Ma’am, From the date of purchase I am facing the problem, i also disconnected my airtel broadband connection. I also called lots of time to the customer case as well as MTS higher Authorities, SMS them, But no one replied, you can also see the communication on the emails are one way communication which is done from my side only the automatic reply received in terms of reply.. Dear Sir I am very much frustrated and feeling cheated and mentally harassed. Please Help..

This complaint is in public interest, not for individual purpose, I want what MTS claiming in their advertisement, deliver at least 3G speed, I don’t want 3G plus speed.. This is Unfair trade practice, which is being done to cheat the public..
