I am a Customer of Reliance GSM Service... On 24th September at 13:17hrs I got a SMS from Reliance that I have been charged Rs 3 for VAS USSD Service. But I never activated such service & this is not the first time, they charged the same many times before 24th Sept… I called them at 198 & asked them to refund my money… But they said their system is down so call later… I called them every day & they said the same thing whenever I ask them So I want Rs 3 into my balance as soon as possible

I want refund which was deducted by Reliance & in future I hope they will not repeat it again
