EBAY.IN – Received damaged product

Dear sir, I have purchased a BRITE Trimmer from EBAY.IN & My ebay PaisaPay ID-37465461291, I have received damaged product, which is not working properly. So I claimed for refund on 2/10/2014 & my claim ID-671849. But till yet I have not received any call from ebay Customer Care. On 7/10/2014 the claim was closed without any information to me. The Ebay Customer care is simply cheating to customers & providing wrong information. The Ebay denied to resolve the claim because I did not provide Proof of “Item not as described”. That is impossible to provide proof is the product is not working properly. I already tried to contract the customer care regarding this matter but nobody received my call even if i provided my contact nos to call me but there was no response from them. This is the way Ebay is cheating & harassing the customers. I request you to arrange a call back from ebay & resolve my problem & refund my amount Pls do the needful & refund my amount.
