This is regarding a LG 42″ LCD we had got from LG on 2009 , later after 2 years LG came out with a plan called ” Happy AMC Plan ” in which we paid 15,000 Rupees and they said they will AMC it till 2015 July , we have all the documents with us safe and now the TV failed to work due to picture tube got repaired. Later LG sent us a replacment panel , but it was not for this model , so now they say us that we have stopped this model and we cannot help you , so please take depresation amount of Rs.8000 and close this matter. How can LG do this ? now they say that we cannot help you with the models older than 5 years , if that is so then why AMC it in paper till 2015 july ? We paid 15000 to insure it and now they say we will refund you only 8000. I would like to fight this case seriously as my father who is 60+ kept going to LG Service with no response and now i have taken the initiative to help him. Thank you

We need to have the TV Repaired or have it replaced with the working one and have it worked till 2015 july
