I have purchase a Vodafone USB Stick No 9711891219 on dated 09 May 2013 for using Internet on my PC.My Connection is 3G and give me 3G data of 3GB for one month free at the time of purchasing. After i finish my 3GB on dated 25 May 2013, I recharge this number on 27 May 2013 for Rs. 449/- of 2GB data of 3G speed. But on 31st May 2013 someone recharge unfortunately my this number to Rs. 4/- {as per customer care told me} for 1 day 20mb of 2G data. My data card is not working. After that I have again recharge this number with Rs. 95/- for 1GB of 2G data on 2 June 2013 but this also not working, I arrived on 2 June 2013 at Vodafone Store, Kamla Nagar, Delhi-110007 they told me today our server is not working for 16 hours. You will be come tomorrow. I again visited on 3 June 2013 on above said Vodafone Store they gave me shocking news that your 2GB data of 3G speed is not working when your number is recharge with Rs. 4/- of 2G data and also your card is deactivated. After this i again recharge the number with Rs. 10/- for balance. Now my card is working at 2G speed. ask you the question where is my 3G speed data gone ? What precaution is to be kept ? Becoz i don’t know who will recharge my card & forfeit my 3G data ? They advice me please you email our head office they will do needful?

I want all my many which i spend on this device & recharged amount.
