Company executive given me plan for 225 & not told me that i will charge 450 after 2month now they asking 450 how i can pay them as this is there mistake of lake of information by the company last 18 days i am calling them no content has been taken and they are not ready to take there mistake and lieing that they are calling me from last 18 day and my phone is busy that’s no one can believe
Because of this this i have to suffer from there call about pay your bill and all they have time to call me 4 to 5 time a day to ask me to pay bill but they snot have time to solve my problem they started announcement on my number telling me pay my bill or my phone disconnected but i have already paid my bill just the excess amount they charged me i have not paid
I want them to write-off that extra amount they are charging me to bill and also want apology latter and mail of there mistake as soon as possible before they disconnected my phone
