Homeshop18 – Courier Charges and Replaced not provided back

Hi, I had ordered Crystal Non Stick Utensils Rs 2499 from Homeshop18. The order number is 926473709. The item was not of quality. I had called Homeshop18 customer Care. They told to return the item to Homeshop18. I had courier the item to Homeshop18 on 2nd Oct 2013. The courier charges costs Rs 1050. At the time of first conversation with them, they had not told about the reimbursement conditions. They told the amount would be reimbursed. After that there were no communication from Homeshop18 Side. I started dropping mail and calling the customer care again and again. Every time a new executive attended my call and told that the issue has been transferred to the concerned team and they wil contact you. Nevertheless, there were no call from concerned department. Now after more than three month of sending the item back to Homeshop18, they are asking for POD. The Courier company Blue dart had sent me a POD on mail. I had sent the same copy to Homeshop18. Then there was a reply fomr one of the Executive Mr Dheeraj Khatri that we do require a POD from the company. collect the POD from their office. I had been to the Courier company. They told that the POD could not be given after 45 days as there is no data available for that. I called again Homeshop18 regarding the same. Now they are not talking on this issue. They have been asking for POD. They said they have no proof that they had received the item. Also they wont reimburse the courier amount( Rs 1050). They would reimburse only Rs 750. Now Its been more than three months. My amount (Rs 2499+ 1050) is with Homeshp 18. I have calling them again and again. and Dropping mails. I am very fed up and now filing the case. I hope now I will the solution for my problem

I want compensation for the amount I had spent plus compensation for Extra expenditure
