The product which i have ordered through tradus is not genuine,and the product is dead. I have informed there customer support regarding this quandary. They provide a shipping address and the contact number of the seller to replace or refund but the address which Tradus has provided me is not a valid one even the contact number they have provided,soon after this issue i have informed them about the problem once again they provided me with another number which is also not associated with the seller .

Don’t allow Tradus.com to cheat the innocent peoples of INDIA and let them know that we are not dunce.
