January 10, 2014 Dear Sir / Madam My vodafone conection Number is 9820124xxx, I am having very old connection since 12 years, I have received the bill form vodafone for Oct.bill amount Rs.13665/-, I approached to vodafone galary and they told me that you have utilized internet by default, Pls note, I personally went to vodafone galary and informed them to disconnect the facility of my internet connection on 30/09/2013, No need internet facility on my mobile( that time my tariff scheme was Rs.99 for call and Rs.199 – 2G unlimited ) I have made cancel the facility of internet connection on 30th Sept.13 and I received bill of Oct.13 for Rs.13665/-, Vodafone people are saying that I have utilized internet (How can I use internet if I have already cancel the facility ? they are saying by default you have utilized ) My mobile number – 9820124xxx, why should I pay for that ? You can check all my old bills since beginning, in very rare case, I have crossed the bill limit Rs.2000/- per month,( I am having this connection since 12 years ) Vodafone company’s staff are not ready to hear my complaint, You are kindly requested to inform to vodafone to cancel the charges levied in my bill by defualt and give credit to my bill amount, Pls do the needful and obliged Regards Haroon Nandolia Cell : 9820124xxx and 9324612sss Reply Forward
