Vodafone – Exuberant Billing Suddenly rates changed

Sir / Madam . I have been a happy and satisfied customer of Vodafone , till recently where I have been harassed and taken for a ride on my billing structure . I have 4 connections taken for the family and till date i had been paying roughly 250 – 350 per month for each bill . Suddenly the rates changed / rentals can’t be charged 3 times in a bill . One a plan rental , monthly rental and one more rental ????? I mean exuberant billing with no kind of structure . Above all my single no has been facing issues for which i have lodged complaints / requests to the cost care and the gallery and visited the gallery i don’t know how many a times to resolve the issue . They make me pay the high billing assuring that I will get a reversal and then when the real bill comes , there are some different new charges and no reversal recd ?? Is this a LOOT a what ?? If they are professionals , they should act like one . I have been receiving PRANK CALLS at odd hours at night , afternoon , evening and i have bought this to notice to the Gallery members . I have not been taking such calls as I am alert that one should not attend such calls and secondly i don’t have anyone outside who would call me from international countries . So obviously these are the ones we are not supposed to attend . One cannot imagine , I have been charged Rs 900/- for the prank calls . On raising an alarm at the gallery they reversed the charge once , but the calls did not stop . I still keep getting them and have evidence of proof that they are in MISSED CALL . when it says missed means we have not taken or lifted the call , then how can u apply charges to me for them . I have snap shots of 11 calls from PRANK NOS AND I showed them at the gallery . I wrote to the appellate officer and nodal officer . NO ONE is helping me on the same

Kindly look into the matter . Since the file is very large i am unable to attach the same . But i have all evidence and proof of the same . If you could share your email id , i could send you all the evidence on mail . Kindly help me resolve this or else unfortunately i am in to cancel my 4 connections. As a consumer cell i look forward for some serious action on the same for me Thanks
