I am using vodafone CUG number 9811815481 and I am facing network related problem from the last 2 months.When I raised complaint against this they told me that my issue will be resolved within two months.I furthur requested them to exempt my service tax for the period of two months as I am not enjoying the good service from their side.They refuse to do so.Why should I pay tax for the service that i am not availing?
