Hello, I am a Vodafone Kolkata subscriber since July 2007. Since June 2013, I have been facing service connectivity and billing issues from Vodafone. I have visited Vodafone store 6 times in the past few months but my problems were not solved. Vodafone store executives acknowledged the problem but not action was taken. I also emailed my relationship manager but he did not reply. At last I had to write on their Facebook page and it took them an additional 2 months to address the problem.
I want a written apology from Vodafone, and a monetary compensation of Rs. 20000. This amount should compensate the following: a. costs incurred in temporary connections due to unavailability of Vodafone services. b. costs incurred in traveling to Vodafone stores 6 times.
