Name – Raghav Gupta, Number – 9811433413(Delhi Circle) There was a bill dated on 13th sep 2013 of an amount 2485.73 that was due on 24 Sep 2013. i was been given a waiver of Rs. 1300 by the nodal office of Vodafone of which the request no is – 523185372. i was also been told that you can deposit the balance amount. The payment summary is as follows Amount Due – 2485.73 (A) Waiver Committed – 1300(B) Balance Payable – (A – B) = 1185.73(C) Amount Paid = Rs 1500(D) Surplus Paid – D – C = Rs 314.27 It has been more than four days that the waiver was been committed to me, but till date my calls are barred. it is a very unprofessional manner of dealing with a serious situation. This is also to remind you that Vodafone officials have adopted the practice of false commitments and very unhealthy attitude towards dealing with their loyal costumers with complaints against their billing. This situation and repeated errors within the system of the organisation has now become unpardonable and should be treated with top priority as this practice of the company is preventing to use my right to seek redressal as a citizen of India.

Against all the trouble that I as a customer have been suffering with, I request that the company should now at least give me a waiver of Rs.3500 instead of Rs 1300 promised to me
