I have brought a SIM from Vodafone store, Noida with “2GB 3G Bundling offer_3G”, and was informed that this plan will be activated after address confirmation. As per good marketing strategy at Vodafone Stores, Vodafone sales man offered me to buy Samsung tab & 3G will be free for first 3 months with Samsung Tab. I felt a good offer and agreed for Samsung Tab with free 3 month 3G offer. I was also educated at that time that you don’t need to pay for three month & shall need to pay (after three month) as per your SIM plan 2GB 3G Bundling offer_3 which will be aproximate Rs. 500 to Rs.600/- per month . But in fourth month, I have got the bill for more than Rs 4000/- … I am writing them since but not getting any suitable reply, but they have given the same for some receovery agency in the Name of KSA Legal Service. Without proper listining to me, Vodafone giving me threating call…through some recoevery agency Amount is not so much big but this is not a good practice and need your help to sortout this..
Vodafone should provide proper bill for Rs.500 to Rs.600/- as informed to me at the time of buying the phone. Need compensation for Rs. 20,000/- for harassment and my car damage cost..
