An amount of Rs.99 had been deducted from the talk time balance of my mobile 9433942xxx on 31.12.2014. When I contacted the Vodafone customer care dialing 198 and some other options thereafter I was told that the amount had been deducted as I clicked the link DNLD-DWAP_DLS0099_PPU_KIN00587001 but I never clicked any such link and I had 3G data balance of about 700 MB. Therefore no amount was to be deducted from my talk time.

Refund of Rs.99/- in my talk time and an assurance that no such fraudulent deduction will be made in future.
